The student counselor role calls for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our mission-driven counseling team. As one of three counselors, you will work collaboratively with faculty and administration to help create a safe and healthy environment, foster the growth and development essential for success in high school, and prepare students to thrive beyond graduation. Our counseling model is grounded in the ASCA National Model and supported by student-to-counselor ratios that exceed recommended standards. This structure is intentionally designed to cultivate meaningful individual relationships with students so they may grow to embody the qualities of faith, compassion, integrity, and service.
