Java Spring Boot Lead Developer - Manager

About the role As a Java Spring Boot Lead Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions leveraging Generative AI, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, and Java.

You will be a valued member of the Technology Architecture team and work collaboratively with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across the Investment Banking and Brokerage domain.

In this role, you will: * Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Generative AI.

* Define and maintain application and system architecture aligned with business and technology strategy.

* Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.

* Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

* Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of applications in a regulated financial services environment.

Work model: Hybrid work schedule for Dallas, TX What you need to have to be considered * Extensive hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.

* Strong experience designing and implementing solutions within the Investment Banking and Brokerage domain.

* Proven expertise in solution and application architecture, including documentation and design standards.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives.

* Experience leading and mentoring development teams in a hybrid delivery model.

These will help you stand out * Experience with Generative AI, AI/ML frameworks, and intelligent solution design.

* Certifications such as Java Developer Certification, Spring Professional Certification, or AI/ML Certification.

* Experience integrating modern technologies into legacy platforms.

* Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk controls in financial services systems.
