You'll be the linchpin connecting design vision with production reality, ensuring every print, pattern, and graphic meets stringent design intent and quality standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication will be vital in bringing stunning designs to life, impacting product readiness and market success across global regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the validity and viability of all prints, patterns, and graphic packages/artwork for diverse regions and vendors.

* Develop graphics in alignment with seasonal sourcing strategies provided by graphic partners.

* Coordinate the timely receipt of strike-offs, handlooms, and knit-downs for critical milestone meetings.

* Collaborate with design teams to review and provide expert comments on print, pattern, and graphic submissions, ensuring timely approvals.

* Meticulously track all print, pattern, and graphic information using product lifecycle management systems, facilitating seamless global communication.

* Guarantee all approvals are secured by critical deadlines, proactively addressing potential delays with strategic recommendations.

* Facilitate clear and timely cross-functional communication to preempt potential delivery, pricing, or quality issues.

* Advise on printing techniques and limitations, considering repeats, special layouts, and machine capabilities.

* Support final alignment for specialized print strike-offs.

* Maintain and organize a comprehensive fabric library for strike-offs and reference materials.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in apparel production management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in print pattern, graphic product development, or sourcing.

* Demonstrated experience in approving colors and layouts for pattern and graphic strike-offs.

* Proficient understanding of artwork repeats, fabric content, printing machine types, and fundamental quality assurance testing.

* Solid knowledge of printing, yarn dyes, and graphic manufacturing processes.

* Familiarity with garment washing, garment dyeing, and fabric finishing techniques.

* Working knowledge of the printing process, understanding its impact on product development from concept to commercialization.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and global partners.

* Superior organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail, with the ability to multitask across multiple product seasons.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and product lifecycle management systems.

* Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop.

* A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and proposing effective resolutions.

* Ability to track product readiness with overseas factories and detail out graphics for production.

* Ability to travel domestically as required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A background in design or graphic design.
