Program/Project Management Lead

We are seeking a high-caliber Program/Project Management Lead to bridge the gap between complex technical delivery and executive-level business outcomes. You will drive the success of high-visibility Java Full Stack initiatives, managing multiple concurrent workstreams while serving as a strategic partner to Client Directors.

Mandatory Requirements:

Methodology: Expert proficiency in PMBOK standards with experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models.

Technical Background: Proven experience executing and managing Java Full Stack projects (specifically Java Spring).

Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Atlassian JIRA for project tracking and reporting.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, make key project decisions, and solve complex problems across departments. Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery: Define project scope and lead the end-to-end execution of deliverables to meet business goals.

Multi-Stream Management: Simultaneously oversee 2+ workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and resource optimization.

Stakeholder Leadership: Manage expectations, navigate issues, and report outcomes directly to Client Directors.

Technical Oversight: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Java Spring/Full Stack project nuances and SDLC governance.

Planning & Risk: Lead project estimation, tracking, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple teams. Preferred Requirements:

Advanced Planning: Specialized proficiency in Estimation and Planning for large-scale enterprise programs.

Technical Depth: Hands-on background in Java development to better facilitate technical problem-solving.
