Job Title: Lead Principal Consultant Automated Testing Automated Testing - ALL -- Test Lead / Test Coordinator QA & AI Testing

Work Location & Reporting Address: Columbus, OH 43215 (Onsite-Hybrid. Candidates willing to relocate to client s location will be considered)

Contract duration: 12

MAX VENDOR RATE: $70-$75 hour max

Target Start Date: 02 Mar 2026

Does this position require Visa independent candidates only? Yes

Must Have Skills:

Experience in QA/Test Leadership with SIT and E2E testing.

Exposure to automation and AI testing concepts.

Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile / hybrid environments.

Utilities Industries work experience is preferred.

Detailed Job Description:

Lead test planning, execution, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Define test scope, scenarios, and ensure traceability to requirements.

Identify and drive automation opportunities and support continuous testing practices.

Validate AI/ML or AI-enabled applications, including data quality, model outputs, and edge cases.

Track defects, manage risks, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders.

Work with the TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence) to follow testing standards, governance processes, and audit requirements; ensure required documentation, templates, and evidence are maintained for compliance and reviews.

Enforce testing standards, templates, and documentation.
