Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Multifamily Superintendent
Lead and manage daily field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects, including wood-frame, podium, and mixed-use developments
Oversee subcontractors, trades, and field staff to maintain project schedules, productivity, and quality control
Conduct daily jobsite walks, unit inspections, progress documentation, and safety checks
Run on-site meetings with project managers, developers, inspectors, architects, and ownership teams
Maintain an organized, professional jobsite that meets company and OSHA safety standards
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues quickly to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing related to multifamily MEP, building envelope, and interior finishes
Oversee material delivery tracking, staging, and unit-by-unit turnover sequencing
Enforce the company's safety program, conduct toolbox talks, and implement safe work practices
Support project closeout activities including punch lists, QA/QC, and unit turnover preparation

The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications - Multifamily Superintendent
5+ years of field experience in multifamily construction, commercial construction, or large-scale residential projects
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, unit-by-unit production schedules, and high-volume field operations
Strong understanding of multifamily building systems, including MEP coordination, framing, building envelope installation, and interior finishing
Experience with construction sequencing, RFI coordination, scheduling, and quality control
Excellent communication skills with owners, developers, architects, inspectors, and internal teams
Ability to maintain professionalism, leadership, and accountability on fast-paced job sites
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Salary: $110,000-$150,000 (depending on experience)
Company truck or $800 vehicle allowance
year end bonus 10-17% of base
