What you'll do as a Planner 2: * Under direction of the Planner Supervisor, acts as project compliance & fiscal coordinator over projects for the Facility Management Office.
* Assists in preparation memoranda, professional services contracts, construction contracts, escrow agreements, addenda, agreements & other legal instruments for DPS.
* Prepares bid tabulation worksheets, works with the designer &/or architect assisting in bid preparation & bid tabulation at bid opening.
* Tracks funds available &/or expenditures for construction projects & maintenance activity using OAKS, Excel spreadsheets & Facility Management Access database.
* Recommends actions pertaining to cost overruns, release of funds, fund transfers &/or related actions & updates Facility Management procedures as required.
