Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:40am-5pm

We are seeking to fill for our following offices: Blakeney Pediatric Dentistry, Tega Cay Pediatric Dentistry, and Doby's Bridge Pediatric Dentistry.
What You'll Do
As an Office Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of a single pediatric dental office. You'll oversee daily activities, inspire and guide a team of 10–15, and ensure we consistently deliver excellent patient experiences. This leadership role blends team management, financial oversight, operational excellence, and compliance with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and coach a high-performing, patient-focused team.
Drive team meetings, performance reviews, and goal setting.
Create a positive culture of accountability and professional growth.
Manage daily schedules and ensure optimal staffing.
Patient Experience & Service
Champion exceptional customer service and reduce wait times.
Resolve patient concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Boost patient retention and referrals with proactive systems.
Manage appointment scheduling through NexHealth.
Office & Financial Management
Keep daily operations running like clockwork.
Monitor budgets, spending, and financial reports.
Ensure accurate billing and collections (Curve Dental, Cloud 9, Global Payments).
Partner with the Regional Manager to meet financial goals.
Compliance & Safety
Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, and dental industry standards.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
Keep all office documentation and procedures current.
Tech-Forward Operations
Use Monday.com to track performance and initiatives.
Leverage Google Workspace for documentation and communication.
Manage staff scheduling through When I Work and payroll via Paycor.

Patient wait time under 5 minutes
90%+ show rate with minimal cancellations
Providers scheduled at 95%+ capacity
95%+ collections within 30 days
<5% claim rejection rate
90%+ patient satisfaction (reviews/surveys)
10%+ quarterly increase in referrals
<10% annual team turnover
100% completion of all staff training
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
3+ years in dental or medical office management
Proven leadership in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance and billing workflows
Tech-savvy with dental practice systems (Curve Dental, Cloud 9, NexHealth, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare admin, or related field
Experience managing pediatric or orthodontic practices
CPR Certification
