What You'll Do:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Contact and Helpdesk Support: Serve as the main contact for inquiries and provide helpdesk support for online and virtual programs, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
Education Program Coordination: Coordinate education programs, acting as on-site registrar, course moderator/facilitator, and faculty introducer. Operate audio-visual equipment and distance learning software for webinars and remote programs.
Technological Tools Management: Utilize and troubleshoot educational tools such as laptops, multimedia projectors, and presentation software. Test and set up equipment as needed.
Registration and Documentation: Process and manage course registrations, enter data into databases, and send course evaluations. Handle continuing education credit applications, report completions, and send faculty confirmation and thank-you letters.
Course Material Coordination: Create, update, and maintain course announcements and materials according to publishing guidelines. Manage printing and shipment of materials.
Content Development and Improvement: Collaborate with SMEs and the Program Manager to update or create new program content. Assist with continuous course improvements and analyze data for reports.
Faculty Support: Assist the Program Manager in evaluating and improving faculty performance. Provide suggestions for faculty development.
Event and Meeting Coordination: Help plan and execute faculty meetings and special events with the Program Manager.
Quality Assurance Testing: Perform quality assurance testing on online courses.
STAFF SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4 years of experience required; or Bachelor's degree and 0 years of experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers and phones. This is a largely stationary role; however, the employee may also be required to move about the office and building. Performing job duties may require bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, kneeling, squatting, turning or twisting the body, crawling, or gripping and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly be required to communicate and exchange information.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Requires ability to work extended hours as needed and to travel on Court business is required, including overnight stays. Valid driver’s license required
