Backend Java Developer (Bentonville, AR) - Nova Import

Responsibilities:

Deliver Import PO microservices from design deployment

Participate in US-timezone feature reviews, demos, and sprint ceremonies

Lead incident triage and RCA in production environments

Ensure PRD readiness and hypercare support

Required Skills & Experience

6-10 years Java/Spring Boot microservices and distributed systems

Kafka-based event orchestration and CDC flow integration

Cassandra/NoSQL expertise with read/write performance tuning

Strong OMS or supply-chain domain experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Walmart OMS/Nova platforms
