Job Description

Lead daily site supervision across commercial and multifamily projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance.

Manage site documentation, quality standards, and project reporting.

Collaborate closely with project managers and owners to maintain strong client relationships.

Drive problem-solving, sequencing, and logistics planning on complex or urban job sites.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent Construction should have:

Experience as a Superintendent on large scale commercial or multifamily projects.

Background with podium, structured parking, wood framing, or metal-stud construction.

Stable career history with long tenures at previous employers.

Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

Ability to lead teams independently with sound judgment and ownership mentality.
