Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee and guide a team of behavioral health professionals. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of care while supporting clinicians in their professional development. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring services meet clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance to therapists and clinicians

• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality and compliance

• Assist clinicians in managing complex cases and treatment strategies

• Support staff training, mentoring, and professional development

• Ensure clinical services meet regulatory and ethical standards

• Contribute to program improvement and service development

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts clinical license such as LICSW or LMHC

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field

• Experience supervising clinicians or leading clinical teams preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
