Factory Manager – Food industry Location: Monaghan County Initial relocation assistance is also provided £70 000 - £80 000 plus impressive benefits Sector: Food Manufacturing My client, who are an internationally respected food business, are recruiting for a hands-on Factory Manager to lead their Added Value/Retail Processing area within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Ireland.

This role requires a strong floor presence and the ability to work closely with Planning, Dispatch, Operations, and Health & Safety teams to ensure production targets are achieved safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be supported by a team of Supervisors and Line Leaders.

Key Responsibilities * Lead day-to-day production operations in a high-volume processing environment * Deliver output targets while maintaining quality and food safety standards * Collaborate with Planning and Dispatch to meet customer demand * Ensure full compliance with HACCP and Irish food safety regulations * Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives * Coach and develop Supervisors and Line Leaders Requirements * At least 5 years proven experience in a Factory Manager/Operations Manager or senior production role within food manufacturing * Experience in poultry, fish, or breaded/processed products desirable * Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach * Experience working in a fast-paced factory environment * Solid understanding of Health & Safety and food safety compliance Competitive salary and career development opportunities available.
