School-Based Physical Therapist - Oakland, OR

An opportunity exists for a Physical Therapist to support K-12 students within a public school setting in Oakland, OR. This contract role spans the 2023-2027 school years, concluding in June 2027, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services tailored to the developmental and educational needs of K-12 students.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.

Assess student progress and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with school policies and regulatory standards.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive student care.

Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
