Outreach & Coordinator - Worthington Resource Pantry The Worthington Resource Pantry serves individuals and families in Worthington and the surrounding communities who are experiencing food insecurity.
With rising demand for food assistance, the Pantry distributes nutritious groceries, fresh produce, and essential household items to hundreds of households each month.
While the Pantry has expanded services to meet growing needs, staff capacity is stretched, leaving limited time for strategic outreach, donor and volunteer development, and long-term sustainability planning.
The Outreach & Development Coordinator will address these challenges by developing sustainable systems, tools, and strategies that strengthen the Pantry's organizational capacity.
This position focuses on indirect service and capacity-building activities to expand community awareness, build stronger partnerships, and develop consistent outreach and engagement processes in support of the long-term sustainability of food access in our community.
