A full-time early childhood speech-language pathologist is needed to provide specialized support at a preschool setting in Westerville, OH. Position Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Eligibility for or possession of a state license to practice SLP in Ohio
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is encouraged, ideal for SLPs completing their CFY
Experience or interest in pediatrics, particularly early childhood environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool-aged children
Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and adjust therapy methods to meet each child's unique needs
Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
