Schedule: M-F Flexible hours

Salary: $110,000-$135,000

Bonus: 12.5%

The Role

Seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a high-performing senior living campus.

Campus overview:

70-bed Skilled Nursing

85-bed Assisted Living

90% occupancy

Direct admissions (including Medicaid)

Responsibilities:

Lead daily SNF operations

Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

Manage census, budget, and performance

Support and develop leadership team

Partner with executive leadership

Requirements:

Active NHA license (required)

Skilled nursing leadership experience

Strong operational and financial skills
