Remote Physical Therapist in MN

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available to provide telehealth and in-person services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role supports six school districts and extends through the current school year, concluding in the first week of June. Part-time schedules may be considered based on availability.

Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy evaluations and interventions aligned with individual education plans (IEPs), collaborating with educational staff and families, and maintaining thorough documentation of student progress. The therapist will utilize telehealth modalities when appropriate to ensure consistent care across multiple districts.

Qualifications and experience sought:

Licensed Physical Therapist with current state credentials

Experience working with school-aged children from K-12

Proficiency in telehealth service delivery for physical therapy

Strong communication and collaborative skills within educational settings

Ability to manage caseloads across several districts efficiently
