Responsibilities include:
Conducting physical therapy assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for students
Delivering therapy services via telehealth and onsite within school environments
Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Adapting therapy interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple districts
Desired qualifications and experience:
Valid physical therapy licensure in the state
Experience providing pediatric physical therapy, preferably in school settings
Proficiency in delivering telehealth services effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with school staff and families
