School-Based Physical Therapist - New London, MN

A Physical Therapist is needed to provide services within a K-12 school setting in New London, MN. This contract position will run for the current school year and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Hours are typically scheduled from 7:15 or 7:30 a.m. until 3:15 or 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to students in a school environment

Collaborate with educators and other support staff to develop individualized therapy plans

Monitor and document student progress according to therapy goals

Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating inclusive learning environments

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
