Occupational Therapist - Borger, TX

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy

Active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification through the American Heart Association

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy credentials; AOTA and OTAC membership preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations of patients to assess their needs, developing and implementing customized therapy plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, and documenting progress thoroughly to meet facility standards.
