Educational Aide

Description: Hamilton Local School District is seeking a Full Time EDUCATIONAL AIDE assigned to Hamilton Elementary School starting ASAP, to be contracted through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO), to work 7.5 hours a day, with a 187 day contract per year, prorated to start date.

Current educational aide base daily rate is $133.61.

Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Acceptable Ohio BCI & FBI background checks.

* Obtain a Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education (once hired). * Ensure safety of students.

* Work with students both individually and in small groups.

* Interact in a positive manner with staff, students and parents.

* Promote good public relations by personal appearance, attitude and conversation.
