The Project Manager/Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing concrete construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using project management software.
Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change orders.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to resolve design or scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and correspondence.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management or scheduling within the construction industry.
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of concrete construction is highly desirable.
Working Conditions
Primarily office-based with regular visits to job sites.
May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
