Summary

As a Security Guard, you will play an essential role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates at Alila Solo.

The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring hotel areas, enforcing safety procedures, and responding promptly to any incidents to maintain a safe atmosphere throughout the property.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard in a hotel, commercial building, or similar environment

- Knowledge of basic security procedures, emergency response, and safety protocols

- Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols and stand for extended periods

- Strong attention to detail and able to handle incidents professionally

- Good communication skills and able to work independently or in a team

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
