Job Title: Warehouse Kit Associate
Department: Operations
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Location: On-site – Kit Room/Warehouse
Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular start and end times; limited overtime; no weekends
Environment: Warehouse/kit room with heaters and fans for seasonal comfort

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and doing things the right way. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, following clear instructions, counting components, and preparing kits that directly support our customers.
What You'll Do
Pack customer kits according to established work instructions
Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of all components
Count accurately and double-check work before sealing kits
Label, mark, and stage completed kits for shipment
Record required information (counts, weights, measurements)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Warehouse, packing, or assembly experience is helpful but not required - we will train the right person
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motions
Work performed in a warehouse/kit room environment
Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $18.20–$20.00 per hour (equivalent to approx. $37,000–$42,000 annually)
