IL -- CT - Variable Shift

The position is Monday through Friday 0630-1400. It will change once we fill our lead tech position to 3 twelve-hour shifts. o Facility: SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale o Dept. Name: CT • Position Details o Quantity Needed: 1 o Start Date: ASAP o Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 13 weeks o On-call (Y/N): Y § If yes, what are the on-call requirements? Call Rotates between staff. Averages 1 week every 4th week. o Shift Start Time: Monday through Friday 0630-1400 • Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio, float or weekend requirements, charting, equipment, special qualifications, or certs.): EPIC and Merge Pacs systems. Siemens scanners • Notes: Optional, but helpful • Parking Instructions: Parking garage 2ndlevel or higher • Dress Code: Scrubs
