Mechanic - Heavy Duty Trailer - Day Shift, Hourly Pay (Romulus, MI)

Starting Pay: $30 - $35 hourly, depending on skill and experience

Mechanic Trainee: $22 - $25/hr

Employment type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Trailer Mechanic to join our team. Also accepting applications for a Mechanic Trainee. We are a full service independent repair facility with new shop leadership and a customer focused approach.

Own small tools required for experienced mechanic, some expected for trainee applicants.

CDL, certification, welding/fabrication experience a plus.

Job Duties - Semi Trailer Mechanic:

• DOT inspections & preventative maintenance service

• Diag & repair of brake/wheel, electrical, hydraulic, suspension systems

• Body and fabrication work with experience
