Outside Sales Representative - Plano, TX

We are looking for experienced high ticket, commission only sales professionals to run in home consultations for premium above ground pool systems. This position is a strong fit for closers who are confident presenting in person and comfortable working independently.

Homeowners request appointments after responding to national advertising, and all customers are credit approved before scheduling. This ensures you’re meeting with people who are prepared to make a decision during the consultation.

Most representatives run two to three scheduled appointments per day. You will receive 25 dollars for each completed presentation, and commissions typically average 600 to 700 dollars per sale. Consistent performers commonly earn between 2,500 and 3,500 dollars per week, depending on appointment volume and seasonal conditions.

Territory:

All appointments are set within a two hour radius of your home, keeping your travel local and manageable.

Start Date:

Positions are available immediately. Candidates must be able to begin on Wednesday or Sunday.

Requirements:

-High ticket, commission only sales experience required

-Backgrounds in roofing, HVAC, solar, alarms, pest control, home improvement, or in home sales are a strong match

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to run local appointments within a two hour radius of your home
