In this role, you will collaborate with business users to swiftly test, refine, and implement chat features, reporting tools, and customizable interfaces to streamline their investment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance software components for an advanced financial platform utilizing AI technology.
Independently gather requirements, consider diverse scenarios, and create efficient system designs.
Collaborate with a talented team of engineers to devise innovative solutions.
Participate in rapid iteration cycles, incorporating feedback from sophisticated end-users.
Influence architectural decisions that will guide the product's growth and evolution.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on Python experience (or a strong programming background with a willingness to learn Python).
Experience with FastAPI or other Python frameworks is a definite plus.
Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Exhibit high levels of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and self-governance.
Excellent system design and architectural capabilities.
Commitment to upholding high standards for code quality and reliability.
Experience with frontend technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript, React/NextJS/Node is an added advantage.
Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000, influenced by factors such as geographic location, experience, and market demand. Most candidates are typically hired within this range.
