KPMG is actively seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements and work streams focused on supply chain strategy and operational improvements.

Oversee the day-to-day project activities with skilled client and KPMG teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure the timely execution of project deliverables, client meetings, and executive reviews.

Guide project teams in defining strategies, designing operating models, structuring organizations, and developing supply chain network strategies.

Establish compelling client value propositions that link financial metrics and CFO priorities directly to operational improvements.

Support proposal and business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years management consulting experience, providing advisory services related to supply chain, cost reduction, and operational restructuring.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Possess deep knowledge of supply chain strategy, operational excellence, operating models, global network design, and supply chain finance.

Have a proven track record in developing relationships with senior clients and managing competing priorities in ambiguous situations.

Demonstrate the ability to create structured and compelling analyses.

Willing to travel up to 80-100% depending on project requirements.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
