As a Lead Project Manager at CESO, you will be responsible for:

Planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, acquiring necessary resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.

Defining project objectives and overseeing quality control while managing invoicing and accounts receivable.

Overseeing and delivering complex, high-value A&E projects with significant strategic or operational impact.

Maintaining executive-level client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for key accounts and long-term programs.

Leading all phases of project development, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.

Driving financial performance, including profit and loss accountability for assigned projects or portfolios.

Supervising direct reports and other team members, providing leadership and mentorship to project managers and assistant project managers.

Leading contract negotiations, fee development, and project scoping in alignment with business goals and client expectations.

Establishing project goals, performance metrics, and risk management protocols in collaboration with senior leadership.

Advancing internal project delivery standards, tools, and training initiatives across the firm.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field; a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a design and construction-related field is preferred.

Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) is preferred.

PMP certification is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma.

Computer skills necessary for entering daily timesheet data and email correspondence.

The salary range for this position is between $92,450 - $139,772 annually. Actual pay will depend on several factors, including location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
