Concierge / Receptionist
East Providence, RI
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm on-site
We’re looking for a Concierge / Receptionist who takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and smoothly running workplace. This is an essential and highly visible role within our headquarters. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys being the hub of a creative environment, and who is looking for a long-term home in a steady position.

What you'll do:
Workplace Experience
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and (add)venturists with a warm, professional demeanor
Maintain a polished, welcoming reception area
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiry email promptly and accurately
Ensure conference rooms and shared spaces are set up/reset for meetings
Maintain plants and shared areas with care and consistency
Office Operations
Manage daily office opening and closing tasks (lights, monitors, general readiness)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries including FedEx, USPS, UPS
Maintain supply closets and reorder materials as needed (WB Mason, Amazon, etc.)
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and reconciliation of purchase orders
Hospitality & Internal Events
Coordinate catering, refreshments, and presentation for internal meetings and events
Ensure kitchen and client kitchen areas remain clean, stocked, and organized
Monitor food and beverage inventory, restock weekly items, and research cost-effective purchasing options
Problem Solving & Initiative
Address day-to-day issues efficiently and professionally
Identify recurring challenges and propose practical improvements
Balance desk coverage with operational tasks through thoughtful time management
Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining composure and professionalism
Our Concierge will have:
Experience in reception, hospitality, or office coordination
High school diploma; additional training or education preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office technology
A positive, steady presence that contributes to team morale

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 10–20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance when appropriate
This is an on-site position, M-F from 8:30am–5:00pm
