What You'll Do As Our Administrative Assistant - Dispatcher:

Dispatch and Scheduling: Receive and prioritize incoming calls, including emergency requests. Schedule and dispatch technicians and equipment to ensure timely service.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and management, providing updates and resolving inquiries promptly.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare and maintain work orders, service reports, and inventory logs. Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and filing.

Project and Event Support: Actively participate in company projects and events to support organizational success.

Hours: 10am - 6pm

What We Need From You:

2+ years of experience in dispatching

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of confidentiality

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Team-oriented with a positive and motivating attitude

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical dispatching is preferred

Previous experience with House Call Pro is a bonus!
