QA & Testing Senior Advisor (0251493)

Hybrid position which includes leading testing team as well as project level test coordination of more than one portfolio project at a time across multiple applications; Coordinate test planning to conduct functional and integrated test design and execution for a wide variety of internal projects; Conduct end-to-end integrated testing and determine requirements analysis and test approach with the delivery and business teams; Work with both onsite (Scrum Master, Product, QA and Developers) and offshore QA team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria; Help define test data criteria and partner with the data team to obtain the data; Participate in sprint-level, integration, and regression test planning and execution; Design and develop scripts to run automated tests to ensure consistency, repeatability, and ability to accelerate delivery; Determine priorities for test scenarios and creates effective execution plans; Conduct manual and exploratory testing, defect reporting, and triaging; Analyze failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors completely; and Adhere to the organization's quality engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to the company’s testing practices where necessary. Requires 5 years of experience in a related occupation. Scaled Agile SAFe certification required. Requires experience with: Working in or with a client who is in the healthcare domain; Creating test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts, and executing the same; Leading Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Liaising with clients to understand requirements for multiple applications; Supporting the analysis of business requirements and functional specification documents; Working with the Project Test Management team to work on project testing and coordinating testing for multiple applications; Participating in client calls to provide status updates; Analyzing business requirements, test design, and defect logging and tracking; Supporting test data set up for applications according to requirements; Working on status metrics by monitoring defects and updating management with the daily status; Utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies; Utilizing JIRA and Rally; and SQL Server database testing.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
