Facilities Technician

Full Time Day Shift 7 am - 3:30 pm Rotating On Call

** PAY RATE BETWEEN $21.95-24.65/HOUR **

(based on experience and shift differentials)

Facilities Technician Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Valid State of Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record and ability to operate company vehicles as needed.

Previous facilities maintenance experience preferred

Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email platforms and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

What you'll do as a Facilities Technician:

Perform facility maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment repair, construction, and renovation projects to ensure campus buildings, systems, and machinery remain in safe, working condition.

Execute preventative maintenance programs by completing scheduled work orders, documenting all activities in the CMMS system, and reporting findings to Facilities leadership.

Maintain campus grounds and exterior areas including snow removal, refuse disposal, and general landscaping support as needed.

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to OSHA standards, infection control procedures, lock-out/tag-out protocols, and all organizational policies.

Support operational excellence and customer service by responding promptly to work requests, participating in meetings and training, communicating professionally with residents and staff, contributing to quality improvement efforts, and completing special projects as assigned.
