Purchasing Manager
TNT Heating & Air Inc. is a 36-year-old licensed and insured HVAC company servicing both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our concept is to provide efficient and quality work in all areas of HVAC service. From our 24-hour emergency service department to the installation of new equipment, we cover all expectations that heating, and air require while staying up to date on all code requirements. We are growing and have opening for a Purchasing Manager.
Position Summary: We are currently seeking an outgoing individual to add to our team. We would love to hire someone with previous warehouse experience, but we are also willing to train the right person.
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing all parts, materials, and equipment flow for both the service and installation departments using ServiceTitan.
Key Responsibilities
Create and issue purchase orders and reconcile all POs
Shop between multiple supply houses to ensure best pricing and availability
Cross-reference vendor part numbers with ServiceTitan part numbers
Order all equipment, parts, and shop supplies
Key in vendor invoices and issue return statuses
Track all incoming and outgoing materials in ServiceTitan
Track all serialized equipment (received, assigned, and installed)
Manage all returns, warranties, and vendor credits
Maintain accurate inventory levels and job allocations
Communicate material status to service and install teams (what is ordered, received, staged, and released)
Required Skills
Must be highly computer savvy
Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred / Pro Experience
ServiceTitan experience
Microsoft Excel experience
Inventory or warehouse management experience
Goal of the Role: Ensure parts and equipment are purchased at the best value, tracked accurately, and available on time so service and installation jobs are never delayed due to material or inventory issues.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr. DOE
Work Hours: 7:30 am 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday,

Required Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Able to work with all levels of staff
Inventory management experience is a plus
Knowledge of tool safety
Knowledge of Invoicing and purchase orders
Knowledge of warranty process
Experience with Service Titan software
Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in a warehouse
2+ years of management experience
