We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Manufacturing Associate - Root Cause Analyst!

Pay: $20.50/hr

Schedule: 6a-6:30p (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off rotation)

Location: New Albany, OH

Type of Job: Temporary - 1 year with possible extension!

Responsibilities:

Review prior day's performance metrics to identify gaps from the standard and possible areas of improvement

Conduct GEMBA walks

Analyze data related to CI initiatives and perform structured problem solving (5 Whys, root cause analysis)

Partner with other departments to test countermeasures and refine improvements

Update SOPs .

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience OR Associates degree and 6 months of manufacturing experience OR Bachelor's degree

Experience with lean/Six Sigma improvement experiences (DMAIC, root cause analysis)

Able to problem solve based on data

Experience developing SOPs
