Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)

Position Type: Contract/Contract-to-Hire

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office)

Department: Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team along with some shared HR duties. This will be a 90-day contract-to-hire position, with the strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while maintaining efficient recruiting operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Source and pre-screen qualified candidates

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Manage scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones

Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records

Post job openings across job boards and internal platforms

Assist with candidate communications and follow-ups

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

Track recruiting metrics and generate weekly reports

Support background check and pre-employment processes

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information

Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition teamQualifications

1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or administrative support

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience working with various applicant tracking systems and coordinating ATS/HRIS projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Suites

Professional, polished, and candidate-focused demeanorPreferred Skills

Experience working in corporate recruiting environment

Familiarity with HR documentation and HRIS
