Early Intervention Fidelity Assistant Director

Approve/Reject all Title XX billable case notes within Brittco monthly.

Identify trends in documentation errors and collaborate with staff to provide training and corrective guidance.

Regular daily field observation and completion of the fidelity observation checklists for all FCBDD EI providers (Blended & Home-Based). Provide summaries to ECE leaders regarding staff trends and recommended programmatic next steps.

Conduct quarterly analyses to assess the effectiveness of the Franklin County Early Intervention program.

Develop an Early Intervention peer coaching program.

Serve as a content expert in EI coaching, documentation requirements, and professional standards.

Develop program-wide documentation compliance standards.

Lead the Quality Assurance Committee.

Provide or coordinate fidelity coaching to Early Intervention providers needing additional support.

Oversee the Developmental Specialist certification process: ensure all providers are current, actively support DS credential applications.

Lead mentorship activities for the home-based program.

Develop and lead trainings regarding best practice and rule adherence for Early Intervention.

Provide collaborative, consultative support to the Nationwide Children's Early Development program regarding FCBDD contract.

Partner with DCY EI Program Consultant, ECE leadership team, and staff to create and provide sustainable and ongoing coaching opportunities.

Support staff in writing high-quality IFSPs that align with best practice and Early Intervention rule.

Supervise home based FCBDD staff.
