With comprehensive training, inbound client interest, and a structured mentorship program, you’ll have the support needed to build a meaningful, long-term career from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options

Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism

Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication

Deliver high-quality, client-focused service

Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training

Build strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools

Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization

Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required

Authorized to work in the United States

Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
