MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Columbus, NE â 100% On-site

Payrate: $20/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time, D-Shift (6:00 PM â 6:00 AM) 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will perform routine production functionsâ including filling, utility operations, packing, and assemblingâ under general supervision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a team-based environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Operations: Perform filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting tasks.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000

Skill Development: Develop and apply skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within specific process areas.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team setting to support collective goals and objectives.

Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and make routine decisions relative to position requirements.

MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations.
