Responsibilities: Interpret and follow blueprints to verify all dimensions and specifications, ensuring optimal quality and production output.

Operate at least two multi-spindle screw machines while maintaining high quality standards and achieving required production rates.

Sharpen and maintain essential cutting tools, including cut-off blades, form tools, shave tools, and drills.

Monitor and maintain proper machine fluid levels to ensure efficient operation.

Read, interpret, and apply quality data from SPC system charts to maintain process control.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Perform additional duties and assignments as required.

Required Experience: Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualified candidates must have knowledge of blueprints and gaging.

Must have prior experience with multi-spindle screw machines.
