Sr. Associate (602), CCB Communications

Love organizing big ideas and turning them into memorable programs? With this role that blends creativity with smart process, you'll make an impact right away and help our CCB Communications team run at its best. You'll report to the Business Manager, partner closely with the Chief Communications Officer and sit at the center of how our team connects, learns and grows.

Where you'll be

This role can be based in Columbus, OH; Plano, TX; New York, NY; or Wilmington, DE

Some U.S. travel required What you'll do

Work with the Business Manager to develop and deliver signature programs, including a new hire onboarding program, strategic learning agenda and annual people-leader offsite

Help create an engagement plan, including town halls, offsites, small-group sessions, site visits, business reviews and feedback forums, that informs and inspires our team

Boost efficiency by documenting our common processes and bringing AI into workflows

Draft and deliver standout comms including a weekly leadership team note, org announcements, change messaging, "you spoke/we listened" updates and LinkedIn posts

Track impact by monitoring follow-up lists and reporting results

Lead special projects that move the business and team forward What you bring

2-5 years in corporate or agency communications

Strong writing, editing and presentation skills

Comfortable partnering with senior leaders; calm under deadlines

PowerPoint, Word, Excel proficiency; bonus for Canva, Photoshop, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools

Organized, detail-obsessed and great at juggling multiple priorities

Team-first mindset and unwavering integrity

Financial services experience is a plus
