Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager – Kitchen supports the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and assisting in team management to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Kitchen Manager in supervising all kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants.

Ensure timely preparation and presentation of all menu items according to company standards.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies.

Support training, coaching, and performance evaluation of kitchen staff.

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Assist in implementing operational improvements and kitchen efficiency initiatives.

Handle daily reports, schedules, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant kitchen.

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
