Branch Disclosure Specialist

A company is looking for a Branch Disclosure Specialist who will support the review and production of disclosures for consumers.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify disclosures within specified timelines to ensure compliance Upload disclosures to the Encompass system and review compliance documentation Communicate effectively with various partners to facilitate the disclosure process Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with RESPA/TRID regulations Background in the mortgage industry Knowledge of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule FHA/VA/USDA knowledge is a plus
