We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic team in West Virginia! This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The clinic treats a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians have the flexibility to maintain a general caseload or develop specialized expertise in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion management.

Position Responsibilities

Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related diagnoses

Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care focused on improving function and quality of life

Document patient care accurately and efficiently within an electronic medical record system

Manage an average caseload of approximately 50 visits per week, supported by technology tools designed to streamline documentation

Collaborate with colleagues to promote clinical excellence and professional growth

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Qualifications

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
