Licensed Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.

Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks.

Perform pipe threading and assembly for different types of piping materials.

Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs.

Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.

Handle heavy lifting as required for installation and repair tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.

Familiarity with carpentry skills for remodeling projects.

Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Previous construction site experience is preferred.

Valid commercial driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
