Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

JOB Title: Family Nurse Practitioner - $10,000 Sign-on

Location: Springhill, LA

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Shifts: 7 AM - 4PM or 8AM - 5PM (32 hrs / 4 days per week)

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and evaluate patients' overall health status.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practice.

Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Nursing

Active FNP license in LA (or willing to obtain)

Active DEA license

BLS / CPR Certification

Minimum 2 years of experience as FNP.
