Job Title: Setup Technician / CNC Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Shifts: Must be available any shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Setup Technician / CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. You will ensure parts meet quality standards using precision measuring tools, maintain safe work practices, and support production goals.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs

Load materials, perform tool changes, and make minor adjustments

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and Go/No-Go gauges

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Complete production and quality documentation

Requirements:

Experience with CNC machine operation or setup IS A MUST

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Attention to detail and quality-focused

Able to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
