RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Technical Program Manager in Saint Louis, MO.

Overview:

We are seeking a structured and execution-focused Junior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support coordination, governance, and executive reporting across Workday Data Migration and Integrations. This role operates within the Transformation Office and works closely with the VP and Sr. Director, Transformation Office, Workday functional and technical leads, Data teams, Integration architects, and Finance.

The TPM will act as the operational coordination layer-ensuring risks are surfaced early, dependencies are tracked transparently, and executive reporting reflects real execution signal.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career program leader looking to gain exposure to enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, and cross-functional governance.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred

* 2-4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or investment strategy within the real estate sector

* Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

* Strong understanding of real estate valuation metrics (IRR, NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, etc.) and investment structures

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and attention to detail

* Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Experience proactively managing multiple commitments and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines while exercising attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

* Experience in a client-serving environment and/or working on dynamic teams is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
